Regular, IBF Member and Student registration fees include:
◦ Admission to the oral and poster sessions
◦ Book of abstracts, detailed program, congress kit
◦ Coffee breaks and lunches according to the program
◦ Gala Dinner

Daily Registration Fee includes access to the scientific sessions and meals scheduled for the selected day (Gala Dinner excluded).

Students and PhD Students participants, in order to apply for the reduced fee, should send a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute via e-mail to the organizing secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an email to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
- Until 60 days before the Conference no penalty due
- Until 30 days before the Conference you will be refunded of 50%
- From 29 days before the Conference no refund will be possible

Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference, net of bank charges.
